Our Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so in the unlikely event of an error from our side, you may return the merchandise, it will then either be replaced and re-shipped without charge or a full credit given. Returned merchandise must be unused and in it's original box.

1. We will accept returns only of defective items or items damaged in shipping.
   
   
2. All returns must be pre-authorized by phone or e-mail.
   
   
3. Returns of products received from us in damaged or unsaleable condition must be in route to us within 30 days of authorization.
   
   
4. In no event shall returns be accepted if the product has been used or is without the original box.
   
   
5. Returns will only be accepted if they are delivered at the customer's expense, door to door freight pre-paid, to our distribution center. Our contact details and address for returns can be found in our About page.
